The Liner Feutre No. 11 Noir draws a perfect line in just one movement and lets you vary the line as much as you like.



Pull your eyelid upward. Position the eyeliner brush at the base of your eyelashes and draw a line in one sweep by following the curve of your eye. Draw a rather thin line and pull it toward the exterior without lifting your hand.
