Apply a light shade of eyeshadow (shade No. 10, for example) over your upper lids by exactly following the curve of the lid. Use this light shade to also outline the lower eye contour and bring out the colour of your eyes.



Next, apply a medium shade (No. 72, for example) in a halo around both eyelids, focusing on the outer corners of the eyes to open them up.
